Jon R. Giraudo

Attorney Jon R. Giraudo graduated from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in December 2009. Jon began his legal career as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Tazewell County, Illinois. While working in this role, Jon obtained valuable experience in all areas of criminal law, including traffic, misdemeanor, and felonies. While working for the State of Illinois, Jon also gained valuable knowledge and experience regarding FOID Card revocations and how the Illinois State Police handles those issues.

After leaving the State’s Attorney’s Office, Jon worked as a public defender for both Peoria and Tazewell Counties in order to gain the experience necessary to open his own criminal defense practice, Giraudo Law, Inc. Throughout his time prosecuting and defending, Attorney Giraudo has gained trial experience in the courtroom handling cases ranging from simple traffic cases to trials for murder.
